We are looking for a technical lead manager in Berlin/Barnim (engineer – m/f/d)

About we4everyone

We at we4everyone are driving the energy transition with the help of innovative wind sail technology. The wind sail enables private households and companies to supply themselves with reliable wind power from their own roof all year round. We develop and distribute the wind sails and help our customers on their way to energy self-sufficiency.

As a climate tech startup, we recognize the challenges of climate change and believe that the potential of wind as a superpower is far from exhausted. Wind is available everywhere and at all times and therefore wind energy should also be accessible everywhere and to everyone. We are convinced that with the power of wind, the personal CO2 balance can be reduced – for a green energy future that is in everyone’s hands.

Since our foundation in 2021, we have already established our first prototypes and collaborations, started an international patent process and have been implementing several pilot projects since 2023. We are particularly proud to have been named special prize winner of the Brandenburg Innovation Award 2023.
